PROJECT
GoodTruck is a startup that provides a direct contact platform between customers and transporters worldwide. Its application allows you to publish cargo offers and truck availability through an exchange, facilitating communication through an anonymous chat to negotiate journey prices.
We meticulously plan and evaluate the complete flow necessary for the development of the application, its corresponding management and monitoring backoffice, and the presentation page for the GoodTruck platform. Various services were integrated into this project, including geolocated searches, integrated chat, instant translation, contract processing and real-time monitoring of contracted services through truck tracking.
Our close collaboration with the GoodTruck team resulted in a successful launch, increasing awareness of the platform, its digital presence and interaction between customers and carriers.
